Payment and Schedule Policy
Readings conducted for new clients or over the phone must be booked by calling or texting Bethany and then prepaid through the online store. Bethany accepts payments through PayPal and all major credit cards. Contact her to request a different payment method. Clients outside the US will be given a phone number that will be used for their reading session.
Bethany lives on the East Coast of the United States and sets her schedule to the Eastern Time Zone (NYC time). Take this into consideration when booking your session.
It takes a lot of time and energy to prepare for a reading, so if for any reason you can’t keep your appointment, you must contact Bethany to cancel or reschedule. This needs to be done 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not show up for your session or don’t answer your phone at the time of your appointment, it will be considered canceled, and your payment cannot be refunded.
Please understand that missing your appointment without notice is truly not considerate to other clients who wanted that time slot. Please call or text Bethany at (215) 651-5576 if you need to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.

Please Note:
- Accepted forms of payment include PayPal, personal check, cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay.
- Your reading must be paid before your appointment so it can be confirmed.
- Payments for readings conducted in a private home or during a corporate event are due at the event’s conclusion.
- A 50% deposit may apply prior to your event.
- Travel fees may apply depending on the location of your event.
